I agree. Not the most appealing looking things, but I that with a lot of LC versions of HC stuff.

They were odd. A bit dry, and not quite sweet enough. Having said that... that's what Oreos are like without the filling, so they would probably work too.

I ended up eating them dunked in coffeewithcream, sweetened with erythritol. Delicious.
 
I'm planning on making something this weekend. Can't decide on Oreos or a bakewell tart.
