Anyone tried this? I've been using it for years now, it's a kind of drinkable yoghurt but supposedly very healthy. I used to get it from my local Polish shop, but now my local Tesco has started stocking it it. Try a bottle. It is an aquired taste, but you might like it.

I will have to have a look for it - I just visited the local polish shop for protein bread as the Lidl rolls are no longer available, and was really surprised at all the things they had - though my Polish is more than limited - but I now know slices and carbohydrate in Polish - or at least I can recognise them when I see them...

Had it in Turkey, many years ago, remember I quite liked it. Hadn't realised you could get it over here, will look out for it. Thank you Edgar. It is a probiotic I think?
