So I went swimming with the freestyle libre on me, and with my cannula in. Both stayed in for the whole time. I swam for over an hour and they are both still stuck tight. I did get out of the pool every 20 minutes or so to dry the sensor. But I'm very impressed.

And your pump cannula? - they always stay stuck for me!

Yeah. It's great. I was really impressed.

Hi Amberzak, can I ask did you cover the sensor at all? I've been wondering about swimming & also sun tan lotion when on holiday

Anybody else had problems with the libre I am on my 6th. 1st - left arm stopped working after 9 days, 2nd right arm full 14 days, 3rd -left arm, got terrible pain after 10 days, 4th - right arm full 14 days, 5th - left arm fell off after 9 days. See a thread here? Abbot have been really good and replaced them. I asked last time if it was ok to just use my right arm, they said to try it. I sleep on my left so wondered if it was that.

I left my old one on the left the last time I switched to the right. It dropped off three days before I was due to change back. I must be a sticky sort of person. I’ve been married 40 years as further evidence.:D

... only if it's to the same person Mike! - I know you have whereas we are serial monogamists.
