I’m wanting to make home made individual pot pies but I’m not sure how I would carb count the filling haha after it’s all together in the pan how do i know how much I’ve spooned into each pie? This may sound like a stupid question and I’m sorry if it’s an obvious answer I’m blaming baby brain:D I can add up all the carbs while it’s been mixed together but once I separate it into the individual pots I’m lost on what carbs would be in there mainly worrying about the chicken stock.
Thanks in advance guys

Total carbs divided by pies filled equals number of carbs per pie - though that assumes using all the filling.
