Help! Librelink gone awry and some data lost

Hi all. I used my reader to start my new sensor at work, then later scanned with my phone. All was well (apart from a hypo) until i accidentally scanned my old sensor by mistake (i leave it on until i get home). I have done this before on occasion and it usually tells me that its ended. However, today it didnt and when i scanned the right sensor, it shows a time zone change and isn't showing a good chunk of my graph. The logbook is ok though. Any ideas as to what has happened or whether i've done something would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've just rang them. He asked me about the softwear number and operating system of my phone, whether a blue clock icon was showing then said a technical team would be in touch before connecting me to a customer survey and ending the call. They close at 5pm, i assume the tech team work similar hours, if they try ringing on Monday its might be hard to take the call as i work in a school.

Hhmm hopefully they will call back then. Its scanning ok and showing up on the graph now so no idea where that chunk of data has gone or why the time zone icon is there. At least everything is in the log book. Most likely just a glitch i suppose. Technology...great when it works, a pain when it goes wrong. X

I don't suppose your phone auto updated or anything? As I've seen it happen due to that, I'm just away to apply a fresh one to start in the morning, hopefully its a decent one as this ones been off a bit its last few days xx

I don't think so as i can't have internet on at work. As long as it works...

I probably should have thought of that before letting my phone update to Android 11 this morning. Fortunately I haven't seen any problems.

I think there is always a gap on the reader display when the time zone is changed.

I am not sure but I think I remember that the information is still stored somewhere? On one of the other views in the software maybe?

I had a similar blip a week or so ago when I put new sensor on. Still have 4 days left on it The time clock thing appears and a bit of data vanished. I couldn’t work out why. I kind of ignored it !!! Sensor had worked ok since though

The app on iPhones updated this morning ..... in prep for iOS 14 I think maybe something to do with updates?
