Hello, my first post

I'm on the Type 2 diabetes pathway to remission programme. Week 21 of 51, my HbA1c test came out at 4.0 mmol/mol it was at 6.8mmol/mol a couple of years ago. Feeling very happy about how it's going. I've lost 29.6kg.

Well done, but do you mean 40 and 68? 4.0 mmol/mol doesn’t make sense for a hba1c so either the units or the numbers are wrong there.

My mistake, getting my numbers mixed up. My last test at home was 3.9mmol/l.
