Its taken years for me to get to the levels im at now although far from perfect,Steve was diognosed in january his hba1c was 9.5 And now his hba1c is down to 6.6 and thats on diet and exercise.🙂
 
Its because he has had lots of help and advice from you Caroleanne so pat yourself on the back🙂
 
Well done to hubby Carole, but dont forget you have been a great source of help to him as well... x

As others have said, you have contributed to that good drop in HbA1c, so you can claim some if its goodness, I know, not really the same, but well done to the both of you........:D
