They are making pretty impressive claims about reducing the GI of cooked rice but at nearly £500, it had better be amazing. Has anyone got one or know anything about it?

I'd just eat less rice and more of something with a lower GI, rather than spend £500 on a rice cooker! 😱

I would use cauli rice from tesco. You definitely know how much sugar is in it. £500 if it takes off they will be £200 in the next 6months. Plus would you put your trust in something that tells you it is lowering the bad sugar. You will never know. I would be very sceptical.
