With diabetics having problems with feet, i've been offered a Foot Spa to use. Would this be in any way beneficial? I'm very clean anyway :D:D but i wondered if the vibrating effect would help circulation?

I don't know whether it does or not TBH - but we both used mine when I had one - blooming lovely!

No, is the short answer. The longer answer is also No, but it might make your feet feel nice and warm, as TW says. There isn't a single peer reviewed paper on such things actually improving circulation. If they were truly beneficial, they would be promoted by consultants. That should seem obvious.
