Hi I’m newly diagnosed type 2. I’ve made changes to my diet. I have cut down in carbs moved over to whole wheat and have cut out the majority of the sugar I was eating before. The strange thing is before when I was eating all of the wrong food I felt fine - but now I’m eating much more healthier I feel awful when I have finished my meals. I feel sick, shaky just not well. I realise my body will have to adjust to the Changes I have made but I wonder if anyone has any thought or ideas about how I manage this. Thank you
