Hi rosie 🙂

You say you felt hungry and felt like being sick, when did you last eat? and did you eat after you tested?

hi jala pino ,like l said l was very hungry at 12 00 l had chicken & pot at 3 00 l had a packet off crisps, had nothing to eat before test.

I am hungry a lot of the time seams to be associated with the meds I am on, don't know if its my imagination, since the dose was reduced I feel more hungry.

What if any meds are you taking?

sometimes if I am a bit dehydrated I feel scik and hungry so make sure you have enough to drink too.

it said 9.6,if lm hungry shoulden it be lower?

No, because blood sugar levels aren't the only thing that influence how hungry you are.

Low blood sugar levels will almost always make you feel hungry, but generally your body will feel hungry whenever it is missing something that you can get from eating or drinking something. Dehydration, lack of salt, lack of particular minerals and lack of calories will all make you feel hungry.

It's also worth noting that high blood sugar levels can also make you feel hungry as if there is not enough insulin to process this glucose, your body gets confused and thinks you're running low on energy.

l hate my diabetes
