started using this transmitter on my Dexcom g5mobile middle of sept, all working fine. Teatime tonight system stopped working suddenly and said needed to re-pair the transmitter. When I got home tried to pair the transmitter and it came up with " we are experiencing a temporary issue with the Dexcom server. Please try again later". Have never had this error message before, tried the book of words, no reference to this message. Does this mean the problem is with Dexcom, not my kit?
Thanks
Jo

Thanks northerner that's definitely the error message but I'm trying to pair on the same phone, my brain is hurting!! Why is it such a confuffle when tech goes wrong!! Looks like I'm going to have to phone Dexcom damn!!

Phoned Dexcom, they straight away asked if I had upgraded to ios10 which I did when it first came out. They told me to delete the Dexcom app, power off the phone, power back up again, reinstall the Dexcom app and reset it up, fingers crossed it is working again yippee!! Just thought I would update not that I'm advising anyone to do something without being told to by the experts,
