oops, that should say SPACING!!

Another plug for my favourite resource (after here of course!) 'Spacing: The Final Frontier' (what a great title too!) is an excellent article about why we can't eat between meals, even though we take more insulin. Brilliant, clear (I love graphs!) and I should know already!

The Article is by the great Gary Scheiner, author of 'Think like a pancreas', which is a 'must read/buy' IMO.

Thanks for link 🙂

But if you have the diabetic complication of gastroparesis the recommendation is six small meals a day rather than three "normal" meals

I didn't know that was a result of diabetes, I only recently found out it was nerve damage in the stomach, which makes it sound more likely to be a diabetic complication.......

Perfect conditions to qualify for a pump I would say...........
