There was a link to a recipe on here a few weeks ago. Can anyone remember the website where I can find it please?

I was looking at that recipe yesterday. They use 3 different variants of Swerve sweetener. Standard, powdered & confectionary. Looked on Amazon, and they are outrageously expensive.:( And sugar free chocolate is also expensive. Think I would use 90% lindt instead.

Thanks Pat. I suppose confectionary sweetener is much finer, so might be possible to grind it down.

Does seem an excessive amount of sugar replacers/sweeteners in this recipe, might try it with half as much as suggested

Good idea Greg she has a fab coconut cheesecake recipe on her site.

Definitely worth a try but would reduce the sweetener ratio.
