Hey lovelies what type of desserts can low carb eaters / Type 2 can eat ?

I still have a sweet tooth but it’s on a rare occasion.

You could make your own jelly with gelatin and add fruit. I have done this and it is good. Tastes fine. Not too carby.
 
I bought a bag of gelatine and have played round with coconut milk and flour, cocoa powder, various squashes, as the ones I have use a sweetener which seems OK, berries, also cheese waffles with various spices and additions to use as bases.
