Now that it's getting (really) hot where I am, I've started to think more about hydration. I think this is a pretty handy guide from my local health service, if you haven't seen something like it before:

 
Probably not the best guide for folks who get dilute urinary frequency with high BGs.
 
It rarely gets hot enough on our glorious British shores to get dehydrated! I think you get the best of the weather down there @Eddy Edson :D
