I would just cook the porridge as normal, and dust with powdered cinnamon, then it hits as a separate but complementary taste, just like you would with rice pudding. Or indeed, sprinkled on a cappuccino. Cinnamon, of course, has (allegedly) been shown to have an amazing number of health benefits, including reducing insulin resistance, but stopping short of hair restoration.How much powdered cinnamon to the heap of dry porridge in the bowl, Hobie - just a shake or like half a teaspoon? Just thinking it must improve porridge, at least it would have some taste!
