Just had some today, and it was like I was eating a chocolate cake! No calories or carbs, just wanted to share in case anyone with a sweet tooth was struggling.
I regular change my "tea". I put that in quotes because I rarely drink real tea it is usually more of a herbal infusion.
Today I have a chilli rooibos (which includes rose petals that soften the kick from the whole chillis) as well as a dark chocolate and ginger which contains nothing bug chocolate and ginger.
Most of my tea nowadays is loose leaf that I buy in bulk to avoid paying P&P.
If I am out and about, I stick to Earl Grey - black with no milk - as I find "normal tea" too bitter. But there again I am weird and don't include any milk.
@helli I agree the typical English breakfast tea is too bitter without milk. Earl grey I can have with or without. I also like to change, no chilli or ginger for me but a variety of herbs and fruits. I find in the Polish shop I go to they have lots of options and not so expensive. My last buy was pear and nettle tea.
I usually have "regular" tea with milk when at work, I don't buy milk often as it's only me at home and I don't drink much so I always worry it's going to waste.
