Just made the above with 35g carbohydrate and a decent portion this can be reduced by simply increasing the vex and decreasing the noodles. Will post pp bg and if anyone wants I will post recipe.

Shiritaki zero-carb noodles also work well for things like soups - although they are expensive. Sounds like you were able to handle 35g of carbs with ease though!

Insulin is amazing stuff.

I used to make my own. I just made a one off investment in a plastic noodle press (available online) and followed some instructions I found on Youtube. Once you have the noodle press you can make vast quantities and they cost next to nothing. Having said that...I haven't made any for ages because I've increased my calorie intake and can now enjoy 'real' food. If anyone wants the noodle press I'd be happy to pass it on.
