Some days I need a quick breakfast I know overnight oats are ok but what about shredded wheat with lactose-free milk or Weetabix with Greek yogurt and fruit?
I get the aim is to cut out as many carbs as possible, My brother is type 2 he did Keto and ended up with Gout

The on,y way you’ll know is by testing @Essex-nanny Some cereals are lower in carbs than others, eg All Bran is one of the lower carb common cereals (weigh your portion).

I tend to have full fat Greek yoghurt with some berries and about 15g All bran or a low sugar granola like Lizi's, I actually make a 50/50 mixture of Lizi's and Keto Hana granola as it is a bit pricy. That keeps me going without feeling hungry for at least 5 hours.

If you want a quick breakfast scramble some eggs, add grated cheese at the end of cooking and a finely sliced tomato on top, cover with a plate to warm the tomato whilst pouring out coffee and getting the cream from the fridge.
I buy a berry mixture with some cherries included as they are supposed to assist in getting rid of uric acid.
