Hello ,I had my plaster of last Friday now have a row bow cop boot and I can put my foot to the ground,seeing phso and can walk with zimmer frame round the house got a whooping great scar can't what to be normal again and walk to the shops.🙂
 
That's great news that the cast is off rosie! Be careful now! 🙂 Hope it's feeling much stronger soon 🙂

That's good news rosie 🙂 an aircast boot is a lot more comfortable than a cast as you can adjust the fastenings and wriggle your foot a bit. Good luck getting mobile again.
 
thats great news hope you can soon get rid of ro bo cop boot
