was out shopping today when me and hubby decided to stop for a coffee. When I reached the counter I couldn’t make the words come out of my mouth for what I wanted to order and just stood there like a lemon. There worst thing was that woman behind the counter was looking at me as if I were a lemon! Does this happen to you, lol?

Of course

Happened to me in wee local shop. All I could say was I wanted one of those things....on a Saturday.....£2.....
It was a lottery ticket. Guy looked at me worried and either thought I was, ill, drunk or under some influence. Never happened since but I did feel like a numpty

I am in a constant brain fog. I personally think it’s the menopause. Some days are better than others, some days I can’t get any words out. I get the amount of syllables correct and usually the beginning letter right. For example I called a cauliflower, cotton wool, luckily I realise straight away, it’s when you don’t realise that you start worrying!

Ha ha. My husband often calls things by the wrong name, your right tho’ the beginning letter is always right, but I don’t think he’s on the menopause, not yet at least lol x

Welcome to the club :D.
