After a holiday in Spain where my BG was kicked around a bit due to circumstances, it was starting to level out again. My fasting numbers are usually in the sixes and at the start of this week it was still a bit high but improving. This morning I was surprised to read 8.9. I hadn’t eaten anything out of the ordinary yesterday but I remembered that I had taken regular doses of Bongela for a gum ulcer. Is it likely that regular tiny applications of this medication could cause a big jump in BG?
