Yep HbA1c down to 43. Lost weight too. Dr said I look better. However a lot came via Anxiety/Depressive episode....Onwards and Upwards
 
Brilliant Rustee well done. Every sympathy with depression/anxiety because I've been dealing with that. Take care.
