Hi everyone,
So for some time I really wanted to be a reservist in something whether it was one of the outlined roles or something else which fits the bill. I get the impression that diabetes would almost certainly rule you out for all of those except the Special Constable role (I checked this directly with the Met) and potentially a paramedic.
What are others' experiences of this? What else can I do as a "reservist" that wouldn't be closed off to me as a diabetic?
I'm not talking about traditional volunteering, I already do a lot of that and have done for many years.
Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.
