Hmmmm 5g carbohydrate a pot. I might have a look.

I buy Polish Kefir (Polski) from my local Tesco. I love it. But not all Tesco stores stock it.

What's nutrition of it like? xx

per 250g serving
fat 5g
carbs 12g of which sugars 12g
protein 8.5g
salt 0.30g

That looks good actually and the Soya milk at £0.85 had only 1gr carbs per litre definitely worth a look.
The Soya at £0.59p per litre had only 4gr carbs per litre.
Worth checking that out.

Think I'll stick to my almond milk! lol 🙂 xx

Just bought a load of almond milk Alpro at Iceland, £5.99 for 6 litres.

Have not tried that one. Have tried an Alpro one before. Will look out for this new one when i next go to Tesco. My favourite yoghurts (plain) are Onken natural set and Fage 0 percent fat one. The Fage one I have from Tesco had 4g per 100 of carbs but now they have one with 3g of carbs per 100. Sugar is the same value. Also like Skyr Icelandic which has 4g per 100.
