Reformed meat? I’m sure you could get nicer ones @dan74uk Meat has zero carbs so those must have some kind of filler in. They just look a bit unappealing (to me, at least).

You’d be better buying a chicken kebab from a kebab shop and eating that with a salad but no bread or chips.

I agree and i will go to butcher but i find these really tasty lol as cheap as they are

We sometimes have barbeque or salt and pepper pork ribs which are very tasty and not too bad on carbs.
But if you like spicy then buy some dry spicy rubs and meat from your butcher.
I often think people hate vegetables from the memory of overcooked mush that used to be standard but trying raw or in stir fries is completely different.

you can still add spices and herbs to veg, veg curries are pretty good. Stirfry veg with soy sauce, chilli and peanut butter for satay sauce.

My otherhalf is like that with ratatouille.
You should read the book 'The thousand deaths of Mr Small' and the part about Kreplach.

The kebabs would be within the limits I set for myself - but I used my meter to test and found that anything with over 10% carbs was a bit problematic.
I don't bother counting anything but carbs as I got down to a HbA1c of 41 really easily.

I think the question would be..."What are you having these Kebabs with?"
Whilst personally I would not buy them because they are likely quite processed and probably contain additives, it may be that what you are going to eat them, contains far more carbs.... ie pitta or chips or whatever. These are high carb foods that you need to be cut down on. If you are going to have them with salad and garlic sauce and /or coleslaw then yes they are probably fine. If you are having them with pitta or chips or rice, then you really need to worry more about those accompaniments than the few carbs in the kebab.
