was taking sitagliptin with no problems and was then changed to alogliptin. didn't associate at the time but started getting headaches which seem to have become daily and some nausea and this seems to have started since taking the new medication.
just been looking at side effects and yes for sure listed are headaches and nausea so am going to stop the medication and if things settle down will be speaking to my doctors to get the stuff changed.
stopping it will not leave me without anything as i also take gliclazide.
if the headaches do stop then boy is this a nasty medication to take.
if anyone else is taking alogliptin have they noticed anything going on?
