Hello and welcome to the forum 🙂
There used to be 15 and 25 year medals but they were stopped in 1980ish for the 15 years and about 1990ish for the 25 year medal. The reason being that so many people were living longer with diabetes it was costing the then British diabetic asoc to much money to send them out.

Oh and the 50 year medal isn't anything to write home about either. Mine arrived in a battered envelope with a great big gorge across the medal.
