So between 2.0 and 4.0 or 3.9 is hypo - mostly these and you would need to decrease basal or insulin to carb ratio
Between 4.0 and 10.0 is good - mostly these numbers and you don't need to adjust anything
Between 13.0 and 20.0 is bad - mostly these and you would need to increase basal or insulin to carb ratio
